Do a web search for Acumen, and you will find Acumen Nation, a band who started using the name Acumen in the early 90's until another band with the same name tried to sue them, forcing them to change their name.
Whether the name Acumen (without Nation) is currently being used is unknown, but to anyone involved in electronic music Acumen means Acumen Nation.
